Last Saturday and Sunday, Lake Geneva hosted thousands of visitors for its 24th annual Oktoberfest celebration with crowds gathering downtown for food, live music, craft vendors, plus family-friendly events like face-painting, hay rides and much more. The weather over the weekend beckoned golfers to area links to enjoy perhaps one of the last rounds of the season. Fall decorating is in full swing at the lake, and area greenhouses are stocked with a wide variety of mums to enhance landscapes with a beautiful array of color.
