What’s Happening At The Lake …

Another fall weekend, another Oktoberfest celebration! Last Saturday, Elkhorn hosted their fall festival with a beer tasting, chili cook-off, classic car show and 5K run and 2 mile walk. Saturday’s first frost of the season got a few of our staff thinking about cold weather gear, so off they headed to Clear Water Outdoor, a Lake Geneva outfitter that has a full selection of clothing and footwear to help brave the winter elements. Sunday was a glorious fall day and perfect for a hike with a furry friend on the four miles of trails at Kishwauketoe Nature Conservancy in Williams Bay.

Fifth Annual Pumpkin Drop and Fall Festival: For adventure seekers head to Lake Geneva Canopy Tours this Saturday and Sunday, where you can soar through the trees and aim a pumpkin at a bullseye painted on the ground.
