What’s Happening At The Lake …

Although Halloween was celebrated throughout the lakes area on this last weekend of daylight saving time, other activities were also abundant. To mark All Hallows' Evening, one of our staff members dressed her children in ghoulish garb for a spooktacular party at Elkhorn High School. Others headed to Highfield Farm Creamery near Walworth, where they make very small batches of artisan cheese from milk that is produced on the farm. Their farm store sells cheese curds and cheese. Sunday, Timber Ridge Lodge & Water Park at Grand Geneva Resort hosted a special benefit to support Open Arms Free Clinic Inc. in Elkhorn.
