What's Happening At The Lake ...

It seems spring has arrived at the lake! In fact, area residents were treated to almost summer-like temperatures this week, along with a few rain showers that melted away the last dingy piles of gray-black snow that lined streets and sat in corners of parking lots. In area parks, daffodils were poking through last fall’s leaves. At Lake Lawn, golf carts were poised for those that want to get a head start on their game. The resort is offering a special 18-hole rate with golf cart through the end of March. You can play a round for just $25! A sure sign of spring was visible in Williams Bay this week. All ice was off the lake and it was quickly breaking up near Lake Geneva and Fontana as well.
