What's Happening At The Lake ...

More signs of spring continue to appear at the lake. Area pier services are starting the annual springtime ritual of installing docks and boat lifts on Geneva Lake. Pier Docktors barge was tied up in Fontana last weekend poised for a full schedule of work. Another mid-March tradition is the AMSOIL Championship Snocross event at Grand Geneva Resort & Spa. The sport’s snow-loving followers hate to see the season end, but the Grand Finale for the top professional snocross racers was held last Sunday. The weeks leading up to Easter certainly have felt like spring, especially on Friday evenings when families flock to their favorite restaurants for a traditional Wisconsin fish fry.
