What’s Happening At The Lake …

June is quickly drawing to a close and families are gathering in the Geneva Lakes area to celebrate the July 4th holiday. Last week, however, Delavan’s Heritage Fest drew large crowds to a number of events including the Carson & Barnes Circus, which was held at Lake Lawn airport. On Saturday morning, kids in the area were on the links at Geneva National Resort taking advantage of their junior golf programs. Lake Geneva’s 2nd annual Restaurant Week ended a few weeks ago, but the winner of the $5,000 Charity Check was announced last week at The Ridge Hotel. This year’s winner is Agape House, a ministry that works with girls, young women and families to help them overcome the effects of abuse, addiction and pains of their past. Congratulations!
