Last week thousands of visitors descended on Walworth County, specifically the Steve Snudden farm on County Highway B, for the 62nd annual Wisconsin Farm Technology Days. The three-day event was a wonderful opportunity to learn about our state’s agriculture economy and get up close and personal with all facets of farming, including the Snudden’s herd of dairy cows. As Farm Technology Days was wrapping up, Mother Nature turned up the heat, so a sunset boat ride on the lake offered the best place to catch a cool breeze. Gardens in the Geneva Lakes area are in full bloom right now, and our local farmers markets are offering lovely bouquets to help you celebrate the season.
